A Scent Of Beauty’s name was designed by Julie Jauregui.
“Scent, I picked for fragrance, as the scent of a women is powerful.”
I wanted my salon to empower women and be a place for them to rejuvenate, because all women deserve it.

Confidence – We have only high-quality products from certified suppliers. In depth research is conducted for all treatments and products available at our salon. All staff have certified qualifications and training in their desired field, updated training conducted regularly as we strive to be experts in the beauty world.
Integrity – to act ethically, honestly and with fairness. Our products are animal friendly certified, as we care for our surroundings. We want our clients to have a homely connection to the salon. For our clients and employees to feel a part of the A Scent Of Beauty Family.

Hi, I’m Virginia – a dedicated registered nurse with a strong foundation in critical care and community nursing. Born in Hong Kong and calling Adelaide home.
Since 2002, I’ve devoted much of my nursing career at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, working in high-pressure environments where precision, safety, and compassion are non-negotiable.
With a Bachelor and Graduate Diploma in Nursing from UniSA. I’ve been caring for others professionally since 2008. But years of demanding shift work took a toll on my own wellbeing – I was exhausted, unwell, and no longer felt like the best version of myself.
In 2022, I made a change. transitioned into cosmetic nursing as an act of self-care and self-empowerment – and now, I help others do the same.
When you come to visit me, my work is my signature – I invest my time, heart, and energy into every appointment to ensure the highest level of safety, natural-looking results, and above all – that you feel truly heard. We’ll take the time to talk through your goals, and together, we set realistic goals and create a plan that aligns with what you want.
To me, it’s simple : teamwork makes the dream work – and I’m honoured to be a part of your journey to confidence and self-love.
